The 2nd Mid-Atlantic Kayak Fishing Symposium is being held in Virginia Beach, VA.
From viewing pool sessions by the experts to relevant classroom topics to networking to getting to know fellow fisherfolk AND folks who kayak, this promises to be a must-see event. The pool sessions are presented by the manufacturers' representatives; symposium attendees will watch the various demonstrations from bleachers.
The guest speaker during the catered dinner (provided by Frankie’s Place for Ribs) is Jackie Smith, member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Jackie is an avid kayak fisherman who presents an excellent talk on this fast growing sport.

Location: Great Neck Community Recreation Center, 2521 Shorehaven Dr., Va. Beach, VA
