What's Wild River Outfitters' Return Policy?
If, for any reason, or no reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase within 30 days, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full product refund. We do ask that the product be in a new, saleable condition.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Just send the item(s) back with a note explaining the reason to:

There is a return/exchange form attached to your invoice to make this easier for you.
If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. So your credit card billing statement is clean and clear.
If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If you'd like a refund, just tell us that, and we'll take care of it. It's that simple.
